Description:
Valrocemide, also known as TV1901 or VGD, is a promising antiepileptic drug candidate with a broad spectrum of anticonvulsant activity. VGD is active in mice against maximal electroshock (MES)- and pentylenetetrazole- (Metrazol, Met) induced seizures and in rats against MES seizures.
