|Description||TAME hydrochloride is a competitive inhibitor of the anaphase-promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C) and a synthetic substrate for thrombin, trypsin, plasminogen (plasmin), and other proteases. TAME promotes Cdc20 autoubiquitination. TAME was shown to inhibit cyclin proteolysis in mitotic Xenopus oocyte extracts (IC50 = 12 μM) and block cyclin degradation in interphase extract.|
