in English, RussianЦель исследования — изучение влияния терапии оланзапином на ультраструктуру разных субпопуляций лимфоцитов и лимфобластов у больных шизофренией. Материал и методы. Проведено электронно-микроскопическое морфометрическое исследование лимфоцитов. Обследовали 56 больных после 8 нед лечения и 49 пациентов после 28 нед лечения. Сравнение проводили с результатами обследования до лечения 59 больных и 31 здорового. Определяли процентное содержание, ультраструктурные особенности и морфометрические параметры малых и больших лимфоцитов, больших активированных лимфоцитов и лимфобластов. Результаты и заключение. Установлено достоверное повышение процента малых лимфоцитов и снижение процента больших лимфоцитов при лечении оланзапином по сравнению с периодом до лечения. В процессе терапии увеличилась объемная фракция лизосом малых лимфоцитов, больших лимфоцитов и лимфобластов; объемная фракция митохондрий в лимфоцитах не менялась.

BACKGROUND: Gastrointestinal side effects are particularly common with clozapine and occur with other antipsychotics, ranging from mild constipation to fatal bowel obstruction and/or ischemia. While this adverse-effect spectrum has been attributed to 'gastrointestinal hypomotility', gastrointestinal transit times in antipsychotic-treated patients have not previously been measured, making this mechanism speculative.
