Description:
Lusaperidone, also known as R107474, is an α2 adrenergic receptor antagonist. R107474 showed high affinity for ha2A-, ha2B-, and ha2C-adrenoceptors, stably expressed in CHO cells. The compound bound preferentially to the ha2A- and ha2C-adrenoceptor subtypes (Ki = 0.13 and 0.15 nM, respectively) and was seven times less potent in binding to the ha2B-adrenoceptors (Ki = 1.03 nM).
