Description:
K134 is a selective phosphodiesterase 3 (PDE3) inhibitor, and has been shown to exhibit more potent anti-platelet activity than cilostazol. In vivo studies have demonstrated the anti-thrombotic and anti-hyperplastic effects of K-134, and that these effects of K-134 are stronger than those of cilostazol.
