Lamotrigine stock solution (10−2 M) in phosphate buffer pH 6.0 was prepared by transferring 0.256 g lamotrigine into 100 ml phosphate buffer. Primidone stock solution (10−2 M) in citrate buffer pH 4.0 was prepared by transferring 0.218 g primidone into 100 ml citrate buffer. In the same way, felbamate stock solution (10−2 M) in acetate buffer pH 5.0 was prepared by transferring 0.238 g felbamate into 100 ml acetate buffer. Working solutions of the drugs (10−7–10−3 M) were prepared by suitable dilution from the stock solution using respective buffers.
